Vo'Lok was a male Vulcan who served in Starfleet during the 2390s and 2400s as commanding officer of the USS Renown. He held the rank of captain as of 2409.
Biography
Vo'Lok took command of the USS Renown sometime in 2397.[1]
On stardate 83164.0, the USS Renown was searching for a cargo freighter that had disappeared when it received a distress call sent by the USS Leviathan. The Leviathan had been attacked by the Klingon vessel IKS Chot, and its captain, Masc Taggart, had been taken hostage. As Vo'Lok and his crew attempted to rescue Taggart from the Chot, the Renown received a distress call from the USS Khitomer, and was forced to abandon Taggart as the Klingons warped away.[2]
The Leviathan accompanied the Renown to the Pollux system to assist the Khitomer. When the Borg began their invasion of the area, he sent the Leviathan to evacuate the Vega colony. He later attended the memorial service for the fallen officers during the Klingon and Borg attacks.[3]
