Rinna Khev was a female Romulan who lived during the 25th century. She was the older sister of Tovan Khev.[1]
Biography[]
At some point, Rinna was abducted by the Tal Shiar and taken to Installation 18 on Nimbus III as a test subject. She considered herself "one of the lucky ones", having only relatively minor injuries when found by her brother Tovan, his crew, and the crew of the USS Leviathan. Other prisoners in the facility had lost their lives after having gruesome experiments conducted on them.[1]
