Owen Paris was a male Human who served in Starfleet during the 24th and 25th centuries. He held the rank of admiral[1] as of 2409.[2]

Biography Edit

On stardate 55032.8, Paris attended a homecoming party for the crew of the USS Voyager. While there, he asked Kathryn Janeway to divulge some of Voyager's "adventures" to him and Jean-Luc Picard.[1]

Relationships Edit

Family Edit

Paris often worried that his son, Tom, would not do well as a Starfleet officer due to his mischief in his youth. His fears were diminished, however, when Kathryn Janeway revealed how much Tom had matured in the years Voyager was stranded in the Delta Quadrant.[3]

Paris' granddaughter, Miral, referred to him and Tom as "legends", believing it would be difficult to make a name for herself in the shadow of the two men.[4]
