Navik was a male Andorian Starfleet officer who use to serve as commanding officer of the USS Gotengo-B from 2268 - 2275 when he was a Captain and USS Gotengo-C as Flag officer from 2280 - 2295 when he was an Admiral. In 2340, he was able to tour the USS Gotengo-D before it maiden voyage.
