Levi was a friend of Treav's who, along with Admiral Riker and the Shadow Raptor, came to see him while he was at Tokyo Academy with his sister, Junibell. They informed Treav that the Eagle Alliance had just gone to war with the Dragon Alliance and that they needed him on the front lines. Treav was hesitant, because of his promise to look after his sister, but Levi suggested she could stay with The Doctor.[1]
