Lackey III was a partially destroyed planet located in the Lackey system. A Federation-owned decalithium refinery was located on one of its fragments.
By 10 February 2409 (83195.9), the decalithium refinery had been seized by the Gorn. After fending off some Gorn vessels, the crew of the USS Leviathan used some of the decalithium to boost their impulse engines and help them get through the Paulson Nebula.[1]
