Kelvan Prime was the homeworld of the Kelvan species, rulers of the Lion Alliance. It was located in the Andromeda Galaxy.[1] The Lion Alliance Council resided within the planet's capital.[2]
In the mirror universe, Empress Leeta had moved Terok Nor into orbit of Kelvan Prime to demonstrate her torture methods to the Kelvans.[3] Leeta and her Terran Empire forces were later ordered by the Council to target Earth and Mars for occupation.[4]
