Madam Grey was a prominent leader in the Eagle Alliance. Following the Battle of the First Blood, Grey received criticism from Commander Shepard and Captain Howlingmoon over her appointment of Admiral Willey – who they felt was inept – to oversee the battle. Empress Sh'noda of the Bayonians also accused Grey of turning the Helghans into tyrants, having "left them to die."[1]
