Elisa Flores[1] was a female Human who lived during the 24th and 25th centuries. She served in Starfleet as a tactical officer on the USS Leviathan and held the rank of ensign as of 2409.[citation needed]
She was briefly sent to the New Zealand Penal Settlement after assisting Romulan agent Jarek Davis in taking over the Leviathan in 2409.[citation needed]

Biography[edit | edit source]
Starfleet Academy[edit | edit source]
Elisa graduated on stardate 82513.9 with the Class of 2408, and she attended the Starfleet Academy graduation ceremony in San Francisco.[1]
Service on the USS Leviathan[edit | edit source]
By stardate 83209.6 (2409), Elisa had been assigned to the USS Leviathan as a tactical stand-in. When Charlie Morgan and Ernie Hauser improved the Leviathan's sensor efficiency, Elisa discovered an unauthorized message sent between someone on board the Leviathan and an unknown location. The person who sent the message was later suspected to be Remus Wells.[2]
Elisa continued to man the tactical station when the Leviathan fought an Undine dreadnought alongside several Klingon vessels in the Bomari system. She was cautious about helping the Klingons, fearing they might turn on the Leviathan after defeating the Undine. She was relieved when the Klingons thanked them for assisting and did not attack.[3]
When Jarek Davis put the senior staff in the brig because of suspected mutiny, she was one of several officers that complied with his authority, though later to her discontent.[4][5]

Background and trivia[edit | edit source]

Elisa's in-game appearance.
- Elisa originally did not appear in "Stop the Signal". Thus, even though "The Price of Liberty" was published later, "Stop the Signal" was revised after "The Price of Liberty" was published. She also didn't originally appear in "War Is Good for Business". She was added to that chapter in a 2020 revision.
- In Star Trek Online, she serves as the player's best friend at Starfleet Academy and is later recruited as a bridge officer during the Federation tutorial.
- Elisa's appearance (in Star Trek: Federation Legacy) is based off of actress Rosa Salazar, who portrayed Captain Lynne Lucero in ST: "The Trouble with Edward".
