The Dragon Alliance Council was the governing body of the Dragon Alliance, though most of the governing power resided with the Dracomancers.
In 2696, Lord Drakontos called the Council into session after an attack by a Federation vessel on the Dragon colony world Draco 1187. The result of the Council session was the Dragons' declaration of war on the Eagle Alliance.[1]
