Celyna was a female Bolian who served as commanding officer of the USS Gotengo-F from 2380 to 2395. Afterward, she retired from Starfleet and went to live with her family on Vega IX. In 2409, the Borg attacked the colony and nearly assimilated it, but it was saved by Ensign Simon Smith and his away team. After that event, she rejoined Starfleet and was assigned to Taskforce Omega and was stationed in Gamma Orionis. She then became the commanding officer of the USS Foxtrot.
